New hotel but needs more soundproofing
Overall the stay was good. The only thing is the noise from the street traffic, although we stay on the 5th floor, we still hear cars zooming down Atlantic Avenue. In addition, the walls between room weren’t able to block the noise from next door, you can hear people talking, coughing, TV sounds.

The issue I have is that around 4am on Sunday, the fire alarm woke us up. It turned out to be a false alarm, but I did not get any update from the management staff on the root cause. I was there 5 days and left after several days of the incident.

I never had such bad luck in one stay (5 nights) First, We had a fire alarm at 4:32am, a jerk smoked in a toilet apparently! Second, the ac in the room was broken in the middle of the night, we woke up at 90 degree, we got to switch room. Lastly, after switching to an ac room, the next door was so loud with children at night and early in the morning.

Overall very good. Marriott branded hotel and amenities. Loved the bathroom with big shower etc. Only issue was with the parking. Lost our parking ticket and the system would not take the parking pass I was given, so ended paying parking cost twice.
