This hotel was average, with a high price for average. Also, the fire alarm went off twice one night waking me from a sound sleep. Both times it quit just as I was about to exit the room. No explanation and I wouldn’t have even received a “sorry” if I hadn’t asked about it. Breakfast is a buffet for $23. Coffee is a Starbucks brew with a high price and not much flavor. The place is clean but the rooms are underwhelming. It’s an okay place to stay and the location is great, but I’d most likely choose another hotel next time.

I had booked a King Room and was told when I checked in they sold my room and downgraded me to a Queen. They then told me to take it up with Expedia about it. The rooms were dated and dark. The elevator was out of order...just not a great experience.

Very nice stay overall. America in the bar was outstanding. The breakfast buffet is an overpriced gut bomb; dry eggs, and both bacon and potatoes were swimming in oil. Best to avoid this. Plenty of very good dining options within a few blocks.

Good hotel - no room service or meal delivery
It was a nice stay. However, this hotel does not have room service and they do not allow meals to be delivered to your room as they previously have done in the past. After a long and tiresome day I found this to be a huge inconvenience.

I was informed at this hotel was newly renovated. This is the sole reason why I selected this location compared to other options that were available. When I arrived at the hotel the rooms didn't look renovated at all. The lobby looked newer however the rooms looked old and smelled old.

Room only made up by special request. Ridiculous for what you pay per night. You should not have to ask. Three people staying in our room, and just couldn’t manage to leave enough fresh towels for all of us. Had to request every day. Also, not enough pillows on the beds.
