Upon entering the lobby, the decor had a classy feel and the staff as respectful. Although I was told the rooms were booked it was very quiet during my stay. I only saw about five people in the hallway during my one-night stay.

We had a decent stay overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and interactions pleasant. The location is great — in a quiet area with easy access to the highway, and within a 5–10 minute drive to restaurants, stores, and near LAX. The free on-site parking was a big plus. There is a pool and on-site laundry is available, we did not use. They have some breakfast options but not free. That said, our room left something to be desired. While it was generally clean, it felt like it could use a deep cleaning — there were smudges on the wall, a spiderweb in the corner, and the mini-fridge hadn’t been cleaned inside. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. One suggestion: please consider removing or disabling the ringing sound from the elevator. Our room was close to it, and the constant ringing every time it was used was disruptive, especially at night. Overall, this hotel has potential with a few improvements.

Sign on every hotel room door says checkout time is 12 noon. Front desk locked my key and said checkout time is 11am. Car was full of ants in parking lot. Smell of marjuanua all over the hotel. Limited breakfast bar closes at 10am, way too early. Overall poor quality of hotel.

The hotel is great for a 3* rating, staff were wonderful, and the location is great. The only con was that I did not have hot water in the bathroom for the 4 nights I stayed there, good thing the weather was hot so I managed with the cold water. As a consolation, I was allowed a late checkout at 3pm for free as my flight was later that night. I will definitely go back if i ever find myself in the city.
