Arrived after midnight and the the desk person was friendly. The morning we found the people in the cafe super nice and the young lady at desk went above and beyond to help me with finding something for my headache. Good experience

The pipe broke around 1:30 am and flooded part of the room. We were woken up by the sound of the breaking of the pipe and a strange smell. That pretty summarized our stay.

On the way to NZ
Airport shuttle service is a real convenience. We were able to extend check-out for a reasonable fee since our international flight leaves very late. Food selection was very limited but okay. Large room.

Bad experience with service and smoky rooms
We had non-smoking room, and the room assigned was all smoky. Infact the entire corridor was smoky. Parking was not available, I had to wait in the car for an hour to find a parking spot. Room service calling operator doesn't work it was busy, same with house keeping, towels were asked in the night but only got late morning.
