The hotel was brightly lit, the staff were polite, the room was clean, and the cost was reasonable. The breakfast was minimal, but sufficient for us.

Bad hotel

All the plugs for the outlet was loose. Our cell phone Couldn't charge. Couldn't use any of it. Phone doesn't work. Use my cell phone to call front desk to let them know the ice maker is not working, they responded yes we know, go across the street another hotel to get the ice. Trying to connect on WiFi but it won't connect. Not going back to that hotel anymore. Very disappointed

My group consisted of three adult females, a little girl and a baby. Our room was clean. But we battled ants every day around the bathroom sink. I’m sure they just wanted water. There seemed to be long term residents or just sketchy vacationers that made walking through the building very intimidating. Friday night there were many people partying on the balcony over the parking structure entrance (right outside our window). They were very loud and they carried on fairly late. In the morning there was trash on that balcony and the elevator had empty alcohol containers. Also…upon arrival, I was told I had to pay $10 per night, cash only for parking. The ‘cash only’ seemed very sketchy. He never asked for my license plate or make/model of car or offered me a receipt for my cash payment. Thankfully I had cash on me, but that transaction made me feel uncomfortable.

You be the judge. You tell me. Do you think they would post/share these photos online when you're looking for a place to stay? The staff is just as bad as the pics! NOT warm! Forced-friendly. LOUD neighbors!! ONE microwave "centrally located" in the smoking section of the property!! Why the blue tape at the bottom of the frig?? Smh still wanna stay?

You get what you pay for. It was a room for the weekend at an affordable rate near the beach. The beds were very uncomfortable for me. I am used to memory foam, but these are old skool thin spring mattresses on a metal frame, so anytime I roll over it sounds like when I was 7 playing drums on pots and pans! The toilet would only flush if you hold the handle down until all the water drains. There were no bed bugs, I only saw 1 small roach in the bathroom. I know if there is one, there are more. It took a very long time to get clean towels each day. One day I had to ask 3 times, the third time was after being gone most of the day, and coming back wanting to shower but still had no towels. Staff up front was friendly and kind, the Continental breakfast consisted of waffle maker, cereal, and assorted prepackaged muffins/Danish (mini ones). No microwave in the room, only one microwave outside in a walkway next to the non working vending machines. Oh and if you do stay here, they charge $10 night for parking in the garage, when I checked in the associate told me it was cash only. Kinda sketchy so I opted to park on the side street. There was always a spot available and there is an entrance to hotel from the side. I would not stay here again, but if your on a budget and don't mind what I mentioned here, then by all means, stay and enjoy the beautiful so Bay. I did feel safe there, no issues like that. Hope this was helpful!! ✌️
