Good price and comfortable

Spacious room and bathroom. The all important coffee maker—yay! Very comfortable stay. Restaurant a bit ho hum but definitely meets basic needs. No complaints.

This was my first time staying at commerce and never again. I booked an excessive kind bed room and when I arrived at the hotel the staff had inform me that my room was not ready instead they have a two queen bedroom available. At first I did not have an issue with being given something I didn’t pay for nor did I want. I wanted the room that I had originally paid for. Anyways I go to my room comes to find out the room was dirty, old, unfriendly, broken TV the list goes on along. Then I had contacted front desk asking to be given the room I want fast forward I didn’t get what I paid for originally I did not want Felix I want excessive bathroom. Take for example if you had a customer who is handicap or disabled, and they had booked an excessive deluxe bedroom because they are handicap and is being told that it is unavailable at the moment. Where would that Customer stay? I believe that as a front desk or as a staff, you have to work as a team and work as a team meaning find a faster solution to solve the problem not just give up and give an ultimatum to the clientele saying that this is the room that we have and it and that they have to wait longer for the room that they paid for. I might just be a customer who just comes and stays at commerce not that often but I have stayed in plenty of hotels enough to know that I do not appreciate being put in a room that is unclean. TV is broken and staff service is just crappy. I do not know but I was not too happy with my stay.

Room was adequate and comfortable and clean. There are no cafes, shops etc anywhere near this hotel. Though it does have a few eating options and small shop and bar within it - reasonably priced. Pool is small and not the cleanest. Spa pool was out of order. Didn’t realise when we booked this hotel that it is the largest poker room in the world!!!

Took long time to find parking then walk to hotel from parking spot was 10-15 minutes. Not a real Casino only thing there is card tables no slots or other games so didn't attend
