One night at the Sonesta
We had a late flight and then took the shuttle to the Sonesta so it was after midnight. Our reservations had been cancelled and the desk clerk said that they were full! After speaking to the manager, we got our same reservations at the same rate as my original reservation. The room was good. The restaurant and continental breakfast wasn't so great, food was so-so and service was slow. We didn't have time for that! It was a convenient hotel to spend one night.

The entire property was in shambles. The hallways were terrible, with carpet flooring held together with tape. The hotel was doing renovations but did not make mention of them on their website. No amenities were open. The staff was short and rude in their interactions. Never staying here again

Check in staff was rude. Did not get vip benefit until 3rd day when i asked about it. Hotel under construction so check in area very dusty. Heat did not work in first room, also no hot water). 2nd room was handicapped (which I did not want) so counter was limited, shower curtain did not reach floor so water leaked out under curtain, water leak next to toilet, low light, make up mirror did not work.
