Rooms are very clean and bed/pillows are comfortable. Hotel is easy to navigate and has a couple of eating choices inside. Also, being next to the airport, it was very quiet inside.

Nothing better after a long flight for an overnight latover than to arrive into a new hotel, with soft and fresh sheets, close to the airport and complimentary airport shuttle. Sarah was excellent to check-in with. Speedy and easy.

Excellent stay near LAX when driving home in the 405 after a long flight in traffic is unbearable! Very nice staff. Great food and bar. Will definitely stay there again next fight.

So firstly, every staff interaction was great. Very unexpected for a LA hotel. Well done! We had 2 rooms, 4 adults and a toddler for a quick stay before a flight. Arrived at 8pm, gone by 7am. Here were our issues, some were out of your control. 1. Water shutoff from 11pm to 4am. Not fun with 2 old folks and a toddler. 2. Our rooms were not clean. One had hair allover the bathroom. The other had something sticky on the nightstand and the floor was dirty. 3. It was noisy outside and it was so hot in our room. 4. There was a very large tour group that overtook the lobby, and restaurants. It may not have been so bad if the tap room would have been open. We went next door to the Hyatt to get some food.

With parking for 3 nights, and the mysterious $25 a day fee that this hotel charges, I had an additional $268 worth of charges on top of the hotel reservation itself. Stay somewhere else. This place was barely worth the $400 it cost for 3 nights, let alone the additional $268 on top of that.
