Rooms are renovated and clean. The check in process was quick and easy. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The area has a mall and lots of dinning options. Great stay, highly recommended.

The beds are comfortable, the room is clean, the sheets need updating, the breakfast is a scam, they only serve a pop-up tart and the coffee is very bad, they have the trash can next to the table, it's better if they don't say they offer breakfast, that's a disappointment.

The standard room was spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful during my three-night stay. Parking was easy, and the location was ideal for commuting around LA and Orange County, with convenient access to multiple freeways. However, the showerhead was not working properly, and the bed made a noise.

Integrity issue

Everything was fine but sadly in my hurry to get to our port for our cruise i forgot my gold chain in the room. The staf deny seeing it but i know it was left there. i am dismayed in the lack of integrity. That chain is a family heirloom that is worth far more in sentimental value. i offered a reward but have not heard anything yet.
