Dirty room. Did not supply wash cloth, claimed it was due to COVID. Asked for $20 cash deposit for TV remote. Terrible internet. Less than 1MBPS, my phone as a hotspot was 100 MBPS. There was a plastic garbage can in the parking lot for the guest to leave trash in and all three nights a pack of stray dogs knocked it over and dragged the contents all over the place. Dogs stared me down as I got out of my car. Desk clerks excuse was "the dogs come in from outside". No explanation for not having an animal proof refuse container.
