Booked a double queen and they “upgraded”me to a King suite with a pull out bed- problem is I didn’t ask for that. They said the issue was due to EXPEDIA (3rd party booking- idk) I wanted 2 actual beds! I had 2 full grown size men with me. They over booked my room and the others we sold out (pissed)! You could feel the springs on the pull out bed, so it was a bad night sleep. They did accommodate me well so that was the only plus about it. The smell inside was unpleasant at times like a sewage smell inside the hotel hallways. It had an awful smell coming from the sink as well. I managed but will not stay again.
