I wish they would have stated that the "Free airport shuttle" is only free beginning at 6 am. I wound up paying $15/person for the shuttle. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that comped the shuttle if it was outside regular hours. Also we had 3 adults reserved, but only towels enough for 2 people.

The elevator didn’t work, no hot water, no phone, no Internet, hair on shower walls from previous guest. its still there We didn’t touch it, oh yeah, also the TV doesn’t work. And it was $214 for one night.

My hotel bathroom was filthy with left over what looked like throw up in the tub. I had also spilled my water bottle and cleaned worn a towel and the floors were so dirty the towel turned black. Very unsanitary and unsatisfied. Upon leaving the tub was backing up with sutt and a sewer smell

Checked in 30 mins after the time and room wasn’t ready still. We get to our room after 20 mins and the sink has no running water, toilet can’t flush, and bath tub has stains in it. We got moved rooms and the shower is a “walk in shower” so the water spills all over the floor and the carpet was wet from the previous person staying there

The room was great, bed was super comfortable, staff were helpful and courteous, checking our luggage and providing us with an amenity card to use, as we had an extremely early arrival. We were grateful that they allowed us an early check-in than the 4:00 time. The airport shuttle was a major convienance,the 6 am pick up from the hotel and getting us to LAX in a timely manner was flawless. The only issue was the bathroom pocket door, it did not easily slide closed, you needed to have a good amount of strength to pull it and midway it would get stuck and you needed to lift it to get it to move the rest of the way and then it didn't even close fully. Certainly not a big deal if you're traveling alone but when you have a traveling companion there is limited privacy and some embarrassment.
