Hi the hotel room was horrible the shower would not turn for hot water and then it leaked, the window had a hole in it you hear the traffic and the window sills had spider webs and some mold in bathroom door and the ironing board was broken.

Poor customer service, the place is supper crowded, no parking space, they do not offer shuttle service to downtown, the staff are rude and disrespectful, check in was slow and time consuming, ordered house cleaning and they did not show up all day till 9pm, not recommended at all

Staff was very friendly and attentive check in was quick. And who doesn’t like a warm cookie… The rooms are a little outdated, but for the price it was good. Water pressure in the showers is great and the room was nice and cold. Just the way I like it.

This is a really nice hotel when visiting LA, the room is a good size, very comfortable, very clean, slept well every night. Small pool and hot tub as well. Parking is free and the free coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Just across from the shops and food.
