I regret to inform you of my unsatisfactory experience at your hotel on December 21, 2024. Upon check-in at approximately 7 PM, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay:
Reception Service: The front desk staff lady was not welcoming or accommodating.
Room Assignment:
Initially, I was given a room that required walking outdoors to access.
When I inquired about noise levels, the staff member confirmed it would be noisy.
Upon requesting a quieter room due to a light sleeper in my party, I was informed no alternatives were available.
Eventually, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, which had the longest distance from the lobby.
Room Quality: The assigned room was adjacent to a busy freeway, resulting in significant noise disturbance that prevented my children from sleeping.
As a loyal patron who has frequented this establishment for over a decade, I am deeply disappointed by the decline in service quality. This experience has regrettably led me to reconsider my future accommodations, and I do not anticipate returning to this hotel.
I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the guest experience for future visitors.
