This was my birthday trip and my only outing in a long time, like a year and this hotel was perfect. Check in was easy, and those cookies were the highlight for my husband. Dinner at Porter's was perfect and free club tickets came with the reservations. Its the best onestop funshop. Jacuzzi time after we ate breakfast which was offered with the room reservation. Only certain items are eligible and unfortunately my husband wasn't aware of the menu limitations and his meal was charged to our room. All our meals were delicious shout out to the Chefs you all made my Birthday special

The room was clean, but smelled slightly of smoke. Airport noise was constantly present, but you're two miles from an airport, so to be expected. The facility is huge and a bit confusing to get around, but the front desk was helpful and provided a map. Very convenient area, but having to pay for parking was an added expense not anticipated.

We were upgraded do to the long distance our room was located from the front part of the building because I was on crutches. It was very nice and helpful with a shorter distance for me to have to traverse. The only pit fall was the tub/shower drain was clogged. My huband and I took the drain top off and cleaned out a mostly dissolved bar of soap. You might be wondering why in the world we did this instead of informing the front desk. 1). I was exhausted and 2). we didnt figure out the shower would not drain properly until to far into our shower. Later that night the water was finally gone and I unscrewed the drain plug thing because I wanted to take a shower in the morning without issue, if possible. So I fixed it easily myself. 3). It was so exchusting on crutches I did not want to move rooms. All in all a great place to stay. I love the pool court yard area and the free shuttle to/from the airport. This is the only hotel we stay at when passing through. They now have gluten free cookies at the front desk too! My husband is celiac and he was able to eat the gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. 👍

I think the properties okay but night shift her name is Evelyn she's horrible she's terrible maybe she doesn't get paid I don't know she treats people with an attitude and her behavior it's not acceptable I understand she doesn't speak Spanish because she doesn't want to maybe she doesn't know I speak French in Spanish English and I'm sorry that she wasn't brought up to speak different languages but she doesn't have to treat people horrible she has to respect people her behavior it's terrible.

A great location for the Convention Center. The hotel is perfect, the staff were so helpful. It beat our expectations and the kids loved the pool and spa.
