Unfortunately the pool was closed with no notice and that definitely ruined family time on a holiday weekend. The glass tables in the lobby were very dirty for 2 days. It is a comfortable hotel though there's definitely wear and tear.

The Jacquizzi was not working. Your Check in and Check out staff were very Courteous and Attentive to our needs. Your cleaning staff did not clean our room in one day of our 3 night stay…however your staff did assist with clean fresh towels!! Respectfully F. Enriquez

It is a nice hotel, but the surrounding area seems kinda sketchy, but did not have any issues and the staff were nice. The bathroom shower faucet cap covers were off which is questionable.
