Flood, poor response

15 mins after check in and unpacking everything into our room, the toilet started to overflow and flooded the entire bathroom into the hallway and closet. More than 2 inches of water everywhere, even going onto the main hallway carpet outside our door. It destroyed a pair of leather boots that we’d just put into the closet. Had to call the front desk and engineer/plumber twice before they arrived. Water continued to gush. No compensation wa offered. Just a room change and a bag of snacks. Very disappointing from Hilton. Would appreciate a refund to cover the cost of damaged boots and inconvenience

When I want a clean, comfortable and affordable hotel in Culver City, I always stay here. The restaurant is consistent with breakfast luncheon dinner. This isn’t a fancy hotel but very clean and quiet, plus my dog loves it!!
