The room was very clean. The only issues was the bed was a little too hard for me. The refrigerator would freeze things instead just keeping them cold and the TV has some pixel damage on the top right of the screen. I thought it was a black cat with a fire hat on till I walked real close to the TV. The staff was excellent. This is the second time I’ve stayed there. My bed was more comfortable on my first stay.

Excellent spot to stay in. Everything is walkable. There’s a movie theater and multiple eating options, bakeries, coffee, etc. parking is free. The only issue was the room carpet. I would definitely stay again. We were in town for a UCLA game.

We checked in around 11pm. Right off the bat you could tell the hotel was very busy. People still checking in and lots of activity in the lobby and hallways. We were assigned one room key. We had to have it reprogrammed three times and it never worked to open our room door. Security’s master key didn’t work either. We were told they were looking into another room, only to find out it was dirty and there was no housekeeping at that time, also no maintenance staff to fix the door for our original room. Waited around for quite some time as the front desk staff appeared to try and figure something out. Honestly they were just scrambling and it wasn’t going to change the fact that they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us now at 1230am. Transfer to another Hilton at the paid for price was not an option. I had to find another room at a nearby Hilton, but at an increased price. Whatever, now it’s 1am, our family of four is exhausted and needed rest. What a disaster this was!
