24 hour airport shuttle was the reason we booked this hotel. We flew in at midnight and were back to the airport at 7:30. Also the breakfast was excellent with options including a custom omelette bar.

Nice and clean rooms, only one thing we didn’t like it was cold at room, heat wasn’t working well. We stayed 1 night so didn’t complain. Other than that all was good.

Great if you need to stay close to the airport. The gym and swimming pool are nice, but it would be nice to have a sauna and steam room as well as a hot tub. A hot tub alone is not really 'spa facilities'.

Breakfast was good. Location good. Close to airport so perfect for travel. Could be more energy efficient. Ceiling in room needs redecorating. Would be good to serve decaf tea. That was disappointing. Ticket for free drinks was a nice touch. Overall enjoyed the short stay.

Nice size room for family, bathroom was a bit outdated and soap/shampoo on shower wall was nearly empty. Not even enough for five showers if we all used a normal amount.

Just Okay.
Our room was not cleaned and I was not notified if I needed to request for service. The breakfast was horrible and cold. We requested for sheets and extra towels since no one came to clean. The request took longer than we expected. I believe for the amount of money we spent we should have automatically received our room clean. We also was in a premium room. Stayed at the embassy in Miami and was extremely impressed which made me want to stay at the Los Angeles location. Disappointed. Los Angeles u need to do better

This was a brief stay on our way to Hawaii. I tend to stay in Embassy suites or Hampton Inns and they never disappoint. Spacious room, great breakfast and great proximity to the airport. We decided not to rent a car since the hotel has a shuttle to the airport. However, after a day we wanted to rent a car and conveniently there is one across the street at the Marriot. For us, it was the hotel we needed. Perfect few days off in LA!
