Bathroom dirry, only 2bathtowels for a queen suite of 6 guests. Had to request towels. No towels in pool area. Michael maitenance at pool area at closing time told our kids to get put of pool at 10p.m. but no towels for our kids to use a d dey and keep warm. Took his time to bring towels that l had to request, no empathy to our towel needs. The room had no android or iphone charging docks. No water bottle for coffee making, Refrigerator was o er freezing. Hole in. Edroom wall ear picrure hanging/TV. Shower curtain rod ot holding shower curtain closed while you shower. Water splasjing outside of shower to floor. Badsle to shower without splashing water out of shower. Bathtub cracked and old. Toilet was hard to flush. Poor all together property in need of renovations, updated. Josh at front desk check in was awesome charged my android phone with his personal charger. And let me borrow a ised one overnight. Breakfast hours 7-9 not enough, we are guests tired unable to sleep in a bit and able to catch breakfast in such short time frame. Check out process smooth. Did not realìze had to pay $15 overnight parking!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at an Embassy Suites, & it is the 3rd time the microwave was unplugged. I had to phone the desk to get someone to come to my room to plug the microwave into an electric outlet. Why isn't this checked before renting the room?

The complimentary water in the lobby is great! One day it was watermelon, the next was even better cucumber & lemon. Breakfast was fantastic. Omelettes were perfect. Hot tub & pool are great. Bed was comfortable & pillows were ok. Gym has all you need & enough space. Comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

A little dated but still great for the price , locality, and amenities. The kitchen staff at breakfast were amazing and the omelet dude was really awesome. Probably obe of the best onelets i ever had in my life.

The hotel was really nice and the people were great! They provided toys by the pool which was cool, we got there too late to use it though. We picked up food from the restaurant that night and it was good.. a little pricey for what it was but convenient and we were full and happy. The breakfast buffet the next morning was good, the omelet station was great! We would definitely stay again.

After a hard, long drive was relieved to...
reach this part of our trip. Reservations had been made well in advance, and whenever possible we choose Embassy Suites. We were greeted by a friendly and professional hotel clerk. We exchanged pleasantries and even discussed our appreciation of a good hamburger. He was accomodating to our request of a room away from busy street noise. The room was a huge disappointment. We had read from other reviews of the rundown status of the rooms and property, and the lack of cleanliness, but noted that recent reviews had provided 5 stars, so we were not concerned. The floors, furniture, walls, and curtain shades were stained and dirty. When I went to use the bathroom and wash my hands, I was hit by a foul, sewage like odor that was particularly strong over the bathroom sink. I even smelled the water thinking something was off with the water. Due to exhaustion, we decided the p-trap was in need of cleaning, and closed the bathroom door to keep smell out of room. Bed linen was clean. Cannot discuss pillows as we brought our own. Bed frame moved around easily and bed bounced every time one of us moved. Noise from traffic still loud, but guess it could have been worse. Air conditioning unit clunked loudly and hissed each time it kicked on/off. Standing water in shower during bathing, yuck! Clerk in am advised of concerns. Said he would make note of concerns of smell. We were awarded points for our inconvenience. Terrible night sleep and would NEVER recommend or stay here again.

This hotel was extremely clean, lots of big shampoo, conditioner and shower gel containers in the bathroom. Bathtub in our double room for baths. Beds super comfy. The fold out bed on thd couch is pretty flat and not very comfortable, but my daughter didn't mind it. The staff brought us lots of extra blankets to keep us warm. I think my favorite part about staying in this hotel was the warm and welcoming staff. Just remember, if you get a for free alcoholic drink and snack voucher, you can only use it between five pm and six thirty pm. The pool is open between six am and ten pm everyday. I swim every morning so I had a wonderful time for me in the pool. The breakfast was amazing and was the best free complimentary breakfast I have had at any hotel. We really enjoyed the chef mean omelets that came with fresh hash browns and fresh bacon. We also loved the french toast and the fresh crispy waffles. This hotel is only a mile away from six flags. It is an excellent hotel destination and well worth the money. I am sooo impressed with Embassy Suites.

Seems nice enough. Water pressure was low in the shower, but all was clean and nice. Had a negative experience with the Happy Hour at the bar ... was given vouchers, waited for long time at the bar and then told we had just missed the cutoff (while we were waiting.) Over all an okay experience.
