For the past five years, I have been traveling from Las Vegas to visit my family. Each of my previous visits had been perfect, with the exception of my most recent check-in on May 10, 2025,Upon entering the room, I noticed that the table in the living room had not been wiped down, as it still had the previous guest's cup stain. Upon entering the bedroom, I noticed that the beds were missing top sheets, which, while not a major issue, was still a cause for concern. Later, my son went to take a shower and discovered that there was no curtain. To make matters worse, i only had two bath towels for a double bed suite, which I found to be unacceptable. However, the worst part of my experience was when I took my four-year-old child to the bathroom and discovered a foreign object in the toilet. This message is written to urge the housekeeping staff to take greater responsibility and dedicate more effort towards improving their cleaning standards. It also serves to emphasize the importance of conducting thorough inspections of the rooms prior to the arrival of guests.

Im on the taller side of the spectrum so i get to see a lot of dirt the shorter population doesnt see. With that being said the devil is in the details. Overall a nice stay i would just employ a tall person to dusting duties, lol. And the only other thing is the drains. They are too slow. To be fair ive experienced this at almost every hotel ive stayed at. Will definately be back.
