The Embassy Suites is clean, quiet and spacious. The staff is very helpful and attentive. My only gripe is the cost for parking, it doesn't make sense to pay $18 a night for parking, there is no guard or parking port. Its all really public parking. Other then that our stay was great!!

We booked this hotel specifically for the indior heated pool so the kids could swim in winter. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the pool was shut down. Thr kids were so bummed. There was also only 1 remote for the tvs in our room. There were 2 tvs but only 1 remote. The food and service were great. The hotel was very clean.

Reserved a king bed but received room with 2 queens. First room had a foul odor and beds were disheveled with hairs on them. Switched to a different room and that one was clean and smelled better. The 2nd room had a lamp that was flickering and eventually went out in the morning. The A/C is controlled by what the temp is outside, so we couldn’t turn it on even though the room was warm.

It's sad that Hilton standards has gone down
Very unprofessional I checked in. no toilet paper in the restroom and the toilet was clogged. It took them 30 minutes before they came and fixed the problem in the restroom! And they forgot to give me a parking pass so my car doesn't get towed away.!
