Love that we got to Feed the koi fish. Breakfast was good. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very quiet area. Feels safe. Right off freeway. We came in a pickup truck so parking was tight. There is $27 nightly self parking fee.

The lobby was beautiful with koi fish. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the omelet. The room was spacious but worn. The bed made the sound of a cardboard box when you sat on it or got into it. The temperature outside was 101 degrees the two days I was there but the room was nice and cool!

Fantastic breakfast!!! light evening snacks hit the spot with our family after a day at Universal Studios! Parking on site was superb! We loved our suite. Only drawback was the pool-- too much chlorine!

I typically book direct but we were on a long, complicated (planning-wise) trip so I used a third party. I love staying at Hilton for their rewards as I am a member but when I asked to have my membership added to my stay they were rude about it. They offered me “complimentary” WiFi but she sighed and said I shouldn’t receive it because I didn’t book directly. During my trip I stayed 7 nights at two different Embassy Suites. So my nights at this location were not counted. Food was good, rooms were clean, staff was a bit snippy.
