The check in counter was dirty. The rooms are outdated and dirty. Stains on sheets. I had to ask for clean sheets. Blankets are worn. Shower and counter are stained and look dirty. I will not use the shower. We only stayed because we couldn't get a refund. Also price is now lower than paid

The hotel was old and you could smell the rug that was very dirty. The room was run down with paint peeling in the bathroom and the tub had old markings. Plus I didn't feel very safe there.

Would not stay here again

Front desk staff could have been friendlier and more attentive; they are very low energy and lack urgency to your questions. Upon check-in I noticed the shower was missing a curtain, I requested one and was told to call back in the morning. I went by the front desk at 8am and mentioned I would be out until 10am and if they could provide a shower curtain. There was no shower curtain when I arrived after 10am. Additionally the guests in the room next to me were very loud from 9pm to Midnight yelling and cussing at their small children to go to sleep. The walls are thin and this affected my sleep greatly

It was good the only thing is my ac wasn’t working in my room the front desk was more than accommodating moved me into another room right away and was great with providing everything I needed to make my stay there relaxing and comfortable l would stay again

Do not stay here!!

Steer clear of this establishment. There are a few better hotels in the same area. This hotel had a very bad smell, no blankets, no dishes or silverware in the kitchenette. There is no ice machine on the premises and people are living here, so there is a lot of hallway, traffic and very noisy at night. Unfortunately I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it at all. Price is high also.

We were victims of the Altadena fires we had to be evacuated and most of the hotels near the area were fully booked, so we had to go further. We booked here and to realize it’s not what we expected. The cards to get into the room never worked we spent 10 min trying to get into our room, we have to keep going down stairs to let them know and they have to keep fixing it. It smelled like cigarettes and smoke, the property itself looks okay from the outside but inside very outdated and old. The refrigerator looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly or stained.

Horrible conditions

The hotel was terrible horrible dirty smelled like urine room was not clean, I did not stay, I left requested a refund!!! But they say they couldn't give me a refund. Spoke to a guy named Harsh, guess it coincides with the hotel.

Time for a makeover!

Hotel needs to fix their function that makes a key work on the room thats given. Took 20 minutes to make the key work. Not goid! Curtains in room don't cover 100% of window.
