Nice and quiet for the most part. However the smell is terrible. This places smelled like a street market in a 3rd world country for the first two days. And the clerk probably should hand their personal phone calls on personal time instead of when trying to check in your customers.

This hotel was full of drug dealers and personally witness the selling of drugs. The room floor was sticky, the bathroom was in poor condition. This hotel was not the same as the pictures. Would not recommend to stay there if you are visiting the area or have little kids

The place looked great...online. But when I got there, I decided it wasn't safe to stay there. Unclean, it looked like people on their last legs were living there. There was no way I was going to stay there with my wife and dogs.

Hotel was dirty, awful smell throughout the property. Room was dirty, stains on sheets and carpet with blood stains. Smell of urine and drugs being used by people in the hallways. Had to leave after 1 night. Would not recommend.

Need security to keep homeless off property

Stairway entrances and exits smell like pet urine and in hallway floors. Also homeless violent males and females loiter on hotel property and around customers vehicles , not good.

The rooms are up-to-date and beautiful. The bet is super comfortable and it has all the accommodations you need. We're couldn't even think asking for there's food right next door plus convenient shopping. It is kinda tucked away but in a good way like it's right near the convention center-right near the airport. The only downside is there is a little bit of a noisy train that goes behind. The hotel where the parking lot is located. And no breakfast but for the price. it's clean and I'm quiet

We enjoyed our stay at the Extended Hotel Studio in San Dimas, CA. The room had the necessities we needed for our trip and stay of 6 days. We noticed a couple of issues - smoke alarm, and missing light bulb, but maintenance fixed the issues quickly. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We love this place but the people upstairs from you are always so loud, and they made us move to a way smaller room and literally only gave us 30 mins

Honestly did not like this place. My daughters and I felt so dirty in our room to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable walking without shoes. Very noisy because they do allow pets here but it just feels like a dirty apartment complex. It smelt like throw up the whole time and the area had so many questionable individuals. Staff was okay but never again.
