Helpful staff! BED BUGS found. Hotels.com no help!
First, I want to say that the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. They made our experience a little better and I'm grateful for that. Now for the bad- the hotel is older and could use some serious cleaning and updates. The room wasn't cleaned like it should have been & there was a strong unpleasant odor. We found dust by the window & a/c unit, food particles in bottom of a pot/pan, weird holes in the bathroom wall, carpets in hallway filthy, dog hair on the luggage cart, etc. We ended up checking out within 30ish mins of checking in due to the BED BUGS. We spotted them crawling around on one of the beds & notified the hotel staff immediately. They were extremely helpful with getting us checked out and we finally saw the refund on our card (almost a week later). I was advised that the room would be treated before being rented to anyone else. Unfortunately, this issue was extremely stressful and left us scrambling to find another hotel at the last minute (at 9pm). We also had to throw away some of my daughters things because they were on the bed when the bed bugs were found. I'm just grateful that the hotel staff was helpful getting us checked out and refunded. I do have several photos but I've decided not to include them in my review. Also, Hotels.com was absolutely NO help trying to get the issue resolved. Some of the guests (tenants?) were a little sketchy and we saw people sleeping in the parking lot. Reviews show the same issues over & over again.

The hotel was pretty fealty. Right when I walked in the carpet was dirty and with little pieces of trash, the walkway to the room was Ali dirty and trash on the walk way. then when we got to the room it smelled like urine. The furniture was SUPER old the sheets looked like they were not changed. Also no hair dryer in the room or shampoo. I feel like someone needs to check out that facility because it is very dirty and the furniture is old!

Rooms are filthy run down hallways, lobby and hallways look like they haven't been swept or vacuumed in weeks stains which looked like dog crap stains all over the rooms carpet and dirty elevator barely work very slow. Extremely disappointed. Take some pride in your property and maintain it and spend the money for staff and run it the way a hotel is supposed to be run like!! Very sad at the shape this place was in! The residence inn by Marriort is across the street ...stay there instead. Fridge didn't work remote batteries were bad , no utensils in the kitchenette. room smelled like dirty dog! Good luck with this place.

The parking is busy because of the restaurant next door and perhaps in the future you can add a pool. Having breakfast at the hotel is nice and having the kitchen as well. Thank you.

I usually dont like to write reviews , but this place was so terrible i felt the need to write this in order to create awareness for potential guests. Upon arrival, the staff was excellent, the room however ….. disgusting. Bathroom was dirty, blood in weird spots, floor sticky, water pressure terrible, felt like the whole place was going to flood. The AC and dressers has blood , the community was very unwelcoming. Feels like a trap house, bunch of suspicious people walking around and trying to unlock doors. PEOPLE WERE WALKING ALL NIGHT UPSTAIRS AND SLAMMING STUFF. I notified the front desk but there was only so much they can do . Honestly please pay the extra $60 for hilton, this place was like a nicer motel 6 . The pictures they provided are not the same in the pictures. PLEASE STAY AWAY !

This place is sketchy AF! Needs some serious deep cleaning, and there’s dog poop all around the property from very large dogs! Cigarette butts lining the doorways. People sleeping in their cars. Looks like the hallways haven’t been vacuumed for quite some time. The bedding was clean over the room itself needed to be desired.
