Very disappointed
The room was very old and run down. Hairs visible in sink drain. No shampoo, wash towel or bath mat. Very thing bed cover. Pillows old and disgusting. I will not stay there again.

We stayed one night because our power was off due to power company shut offs for fire safety. We checked in around 7:30pm, across from the front desk is the area where they set up coffee & such in the mornings; there were used coffee stirrers all over the floor. The staff were very friendly. The carpet in the hallway was very old and stained. The room was adequate but very dated. The pillows were awful and the bed linens were rough. The cooktop in the kitchenette needs to be replaced. The bathroom shower unit definitely needs to be replaced! We absolutely would not use it! It’s apparent that this is a hotel that many people live in and that may be why it’s in the shape that it’s in. We were very surprised considering the neighborhood it’s in. We would not stay there again.

Leaky shower faucet, slippery bathtub, sinking bed felt like sleeping in an hammock. Not worth the money. Staff was very courteous and understanding.

Not as bad as most of the reviews say
The hotel is older, looks like it’s going through some updates but overall it was ok. The room was ok, floors were sticky but didn’t “appear” dirty. Someone had a dog that would not shut up, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just made the stay a little less enjoyable. The staff was sweet and attentive which made the stay easy. It was what we were looking for, no bells and whistles, just a place to crash after Six Flags.

Helpful staff! BED BUGS found. Hotels.com no help!
First, I want to say that the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. They made our experience a little better and I'm grateful for that. Now for the bad- the hotel is older and could use some serious cleaning and updates. The room wasn't cleaned like it should have been & there was a strong unpleasant odor. We found dust by the window & a/c unit, food particles in bottom of a pot/pan, weird holes in the bathroom wall, carpets in hallway filthy, dog hair on the luggage cart, etc. We ended up checking out within 30ish mins of checking in due to the BED BUGS. We spotted them crawling around on one of the beds & notified the hotel staff immediately. They were extremely helpful with getting us checked out and we finally saw the refund on our card (almost a week later). I was advised that the room would be treated before being rented to anyone else. Unfortunately, this issue was extremely stressful and left us scrambling to find another hotel at the last minute (at 9pm). We also had to throw away some of my daughters things because they were on the bed when the bed bugs were found. I'm just grateful that the hotel staff was helpful getting us checked out and refunded. I do have several photos but I've decided not to include them in my review. Also, Hotels.com was absolutely NO help trying to get the issue resolved. Some of the guests (tenants?) were a little sketchy and we saw people sleeping in the parking lot. Reviews show the same issues over & over again.

The hotel was pretty fealty. Right when I walked in the carpet was dirty and with little pieces of trash, the walkway to the room was Ali dirty and trash on the walk way. then when we got to the room it smelled like urine. The furniture was SUPER old the sheets looked like they were not changed. Also no hair dryer in the room or shampoo. I feel like someone needs to check out that facility because it is very dirty and the furniture is old!

Rooms are filthy run down hallways, lobby and hallways look like they haven't been swept or vacuumed in weeks stains which looked like dog crap stains all over the rooms carpet and dirty elevator barely work very slow. Extremely disappointed. Take some pride in your property and maintain it and spend the money for staff and run it the way a hotel is supposed to be run like!! Very sad at the shape this place was in! The residence inn by Marriort is across the street ...stay there instead. Fridge didn't work remote batteries were bad , no utensils in the kitchenette. room smelled like dirty dog! Good luck with this place.
