Room is all right, basically clean and neat. Just a little moisture even with the a/c on. You cannot do anything with the a/c thou. I had to turn off the a/c by the main switch on the wall. A/c actually a little bit noise to me and it’s blowing straight to my head which I do not like. But it is very personal, I know some ppl don’t care. They have their own garage and fee is fair. The only thing is the ground got the front of our car every time we go in and out. We drove a Camry. Staffs are nice and friendly. Location is quiet.

I liked the place. The property was recently renovated and still very clean. The staff there were nice as well. There were security guards around, so I didn’t need to worry about safety, which was really important to me. It was a bit noisy due to the air conditioning, the street outside, and people walking around, but that wasn’t a major issue for me.

The hotel itself is great. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It's just in a dirty neighborhood. Like any major city on the west coast. There were a lot of homeless and open air drug use in the surrounding area of the hotel. But even with all that. I would stay here again.

Really liked the customer service. Very friendly staff, were extremely accommodating and were attentive to all concerns we had. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Brutal stay.
Brutal stay. The AC unit every 2-3min let out a 5-10second-long loud “groan”. Couldn’t sleep. When I turned the AC off the groan still happened. So not sure exactly what’s going on there. They had earplugs in the room I assumed was for noises from the street. Not sure if they were meant to deal with the loud groan but if so that would be crazy. I can’t use earplugs and of course shouldn’t be needed for an in-room issue. I told them upon departure to not rent out that room again until they fixed the situation- room 242. Got almost no sleep and a headache. Major fail.
