After we got the airport shuttle, everyone was lovely. However, if you are unfamiliar with LAX, getting to the pickup point is confusing and the desk attendant I called was not very helpful or knowledgeable about the airport. Otherwise, very convenient to LAX.

Nice clean room. Nice bed with a real comforter. 24 hour shuttle is perfect for those staying overnight for an early flight. Felt relatively safe: no suspicious-looking people loitering around. Plumbing was loud like all other hotels. Water pressure was way too low (took me over a minute to wet a small wash cloth!). Wish they were transparent about the $50 security deposit (it was not mentioned on Expedia when I booked). Overall I would stay here again if/when flying out of LAX again.

Great overnight stay near the airport with everything you need in walking distance. Rooms well laid out. Would definitely recommend. Second time we’ve stayed and we will stay again if we’re ever back this way.

Second time using this hotel. Initially had a problem with the air conditioner. But the staff did a great job correcting the situation. This will definitely be our go to hotel for LAX.
