The walls are thin, we can hear running water from the next room, it sounded like it was raining :). The elevator signs are not very prominent especially when we were told the south tower elevator, we can only see the west tower sign. Front desk folks were excellent, we were allowed to check in early, thank you!

Our room was not acceptable our fridge was broken, spoiled our food take out. The hair dryer was nasty broken both needed to be replaced. We were there 3 nights never had house cleaning overflowing garbage cans ran out of clean towels.

The staff is nice and friendly, very helpful but besides that you get what you paid for. The free breakfast lacked options so don’t go here thinking you’re about to get a five star breakfast menu. The food is barely edible, scrambled eggs undercooked, it gives minimal vibes so expect the minimal. Transportation to and from the airport is also easy and convenient. The rooms are decent, nothing to rave about, you have your basic needs and that’s it. On a budget I would book this hotel again but if you’re balling, don’t bother. It’s too far from the main attractions in LA anyway so traveling to the attractions can become costly and a headache so pick hotels wisely.

It isn’t as close as the airport. Parking fee is more than the actual room night rate. It it is crazy. Ice machine wasn’t working. Only good thing was the polite lady at check in.
