COMPLAINT . BOOKING # 82103 Fairfield Inn & Suites management refuses to return bonvoy member’s lost luggage without paying severe fines not stated in rental agreement . Management amd staff withholding guests property and valuables despite several attempts by guest member to collect the luggage .

My fault I forgot to look at parking fees. $55/night I could of stayed at a fancy place or saved by staying at Seahorse Inn where I usually do and the parking is free there and then gotten a remodeled room there. I wont be booking at Fairfield again, plus the parking lot is sketchy on my next visit to Manhattan Beach.
