Bad smell in room
The room had a terrible smell, like mold or vomit. I tried to contact the front desk to change rooms, but it was after midnight and nobody answered. They had an air filter in the room so the smell wasn't as bad when i slept, but it was noisy so i still couldn't sleep. Also, back sliding glass door would not work. I asked for a discount and hope it will be significant because I couldn't sleep because of the smell. It was better but still there the next morning.

It was good, the corridor smelled like smoke which wasn’t nice. And the shuttle toke an hour to pick us up. The worst part wasn’t waiting for it, as there was an accident, but the communication because nobody said anything about the delay till I complained. The room was good and breakfast was good

Nice property Parking is criminal and very unorganized!! No pre info that it'd be $50 to park - unethical! Gal at check in gave limited information on the parking lot - how to enter or exit? Not that simple... Worse yet when I left I could not exit - no one told me to keep my key for exiting. #DUMBASABOX - hotel needs to let folks know re the costs and how to exit.

Property charged a late checkout when i checked out at 10:30 AM. I was at LAX before checkout. Also a notification was sent to my wife's email asking how her stay was. I was traveling alone, you can only imagine the storm that's causing... dont stay here.

Check-in and staff were fine. Suite size and cleanliness were also good. Breakfast was good. Parking was a ripoff at $45 a night and inconvenient. It's not on site, and you must scan your room key to get in and out of the lot. But my key would not scan on the lot's sensors most of the time, so I had to push the "help" button and tell the desk clerk to activate the barricade so I could proceed. NOT GOOD! Both air conditioners in our suite could not be controlled. None of the control buttons for on/off, temperature or fan worked on either AC. The unit came on whenever it wanted, and we had no control over it. Also, the one in the bedroom kept buzzing, which was an irritant. Finally, I just unplugged both units at the wall socket to turn them off. Management must repair these in Suite 577. Have come to expect better of Marriott properties.
