The odor in the room was terrible! Smelled very musky and old like mold, walls are paper thin could hear every foot step above room, ac unit didn’t work, room was never cool. No microwave in rooms are really inconvenient. Disliked Having to walk down a scary alley to get to vehicle. But the staff were all very nice and friendly! Bathrooms were clean! Breakfast was great!

It was an “airport hotel” old run down & our room was smelly with a dripping… leaking aircon. We paid over $300 NZD for a room we couldn’t wait to leave. We booked so we didn’t have to battle the LA traffic on the day of travel. The only saving grace was the super friendly staff, the grocery store across the road , takeaway options and free shuttle to the airport.

A cozy and comfortable stay

We stayed only for a night after visiting from abroad. Short stay, good breakfast and although close to airport, very quiet. Nice neighborhood and quite number of shops around.

Guest room A/C doesn't function well

I've stayed twice in this property. In both occasions, guest room's A/C system don't function well. Report to the front desk whose promised to send technicians that never showed up.

The staff was amazing. Hospitality is obviously a priority here. I was given help with directions, pick up to and from the airport, and problems associated with my room which were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. We had a toilet back up and the air conditioner was not working correctly during this stay. As I said, these were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. Thank you for a great stay!!

We had a late night arrival with our family of 4. Upon arrival and checking in, our room was hot and musty smelling. We were moved to another room with air, but only had a King and pullout. Our boys of 19 (6’3”) and 17 (5’11”) had to share the full size pullout sofa. This was not ideal. There was no manager on duty to give us compensation either for the hot room or the replacement room with insufficient bedding. A cot was requested, but was not available.
