Staff was friendly and courteous. Upon checkin, they saw that I preferred room close to pool and switched my room to 3rd floor. When I got off on 3rd floor, the hall was lined with some kind of carpet dryer, all plugged in and running. There must’ve been a flooding? Nearly the entire half of the hall and my small section of hall was all taped with drying machines running. It was whirring like a utility closet and was an eye sore. They should’ve mentioned it when assigning me to the floor. I would’ve opted out. I could hear the whirring from my room and the hotel workers taping and talking in Spanish outside my door. At that point, I was too tired to try and switch rooms but was disappointed to say the least.
