While I don't enjoy staying in a room with other people who are almost always loud and inconsiderate with lights, I almost always stay here on every visit to Los Angeles bc its clean, elegant & the staff couldn't be nicer. The lobby is a royal palace, the rooftop is paradise. One time I made a booking and they canceled it for me which violates policies so I. Feel a sense of gratefulness to them in addition to all of the above
It was clean, it was central and relatively close to the Metro and in the downtown core. It had a unique vibe the fitness centre was small but adequate as long as no more than 2 people there.
The windows are ancient and let in ALL the noise. It was lower priced than the big hotels, but still seemed expensive for the level of amenities. If you need to be downtown then its decent but bring ear plugs.
I love staying here. The place is so trendy and right in the middle of downtown. The bus and the train are nearby. Also, a lot of parking nearby. Food trucks at nights and cool rooftop bar. Also, loved the water pressure.

I stay here every trip to LA ,great location and a great deal!!!
The hotel was wonderful but they charged me for the pool and gym which I didn’t use during my stay. Aside from normal LA traffic noise, people yelling outside of the building from the bar and club across the street.

Place is fine but downtown LA is awful
Place was fine but downtown LA sucks. Like there is homeless and crazy people everywhere. Coming from NY this place felt like a different world. The hostel was fine though but you might get unlucky and have bad roommates. But that’s just me, other people might like it and more power to them, downtown LA isn’t for me.
I enjoyed the atmosphere - friendly, quiet , spacious and a good location. The common space in the lobby offered a sense of community without crowding. Great offerings like the cafe, bar and restaurant besides all the great places outside of there.

I didn’t like that it says there is parking but not mentioned that it cost more than 50$
Very clean. Good service. Comfortable bed. Gym was very enclosed like a dungeon so we had to go to a gym and streets were a bit loud with people screaming.
