Single Visits Vary; Repeat Visits Not Recommended
I have stayed in this hotel many times over the past year- nearly weekly. This was an unacceptable and last experience I will have with this establishment. It’s generally OK for a single occurrence experience. More frequent visits will expose you to the problems of loud rooms, frequent staff changes that result in always learning check-in staff, limited available staff so when there are problems there is no one available to assist including when other visitors in other rooms are screaming obscenities and yelling for help the staff is not answering the front desk phone. The TV reception varies by room-some have cable, others have antenna service which varies greatly. These concerns were from my last experience with them. As a regular customer of over a year, I made these concerns known to the manager and she offered two free nights of parking (a value of $30) on my next visit with them. I spent over $10k over the past year and was offered $30 on my next visit. I found alternative arrangements.

This hotel was perfect for one night!! The interior of this hotel seemed to be kept up pretty good over the years. Our room was IMMACULATE!! One of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in and because of this, we will be back in the near future. The front desk guy was cool, he let us know there was coffee 24/7 in the hotels entry lounge.

The facilities were ok. Old carpet but pretty big room/suite. Considering it is LA, I feel I get what I paid for. No breakfast, parking charges $15. One thing I felt weird was when we arrived at 8:20, there was no one there. There was a sign saying” we will be back at 8:55.” So we had to wait 35 minutes for checking in.
