Room was clean. Bed uncomfortable. We changed rooms after first night. Bed was a little better, not by much. Don't like that they only had a front screen person. Impersonal. Hotels should have staff at a front desk.

As an older couple, being placed in a room with a jacuzzi and shower in the middle of the room, next to the bed was not near as comfortable as perhaps 40years ago.
