Room is comfort with sofa, big desk, and it's very clean and smell well and fresh. Lobby is comfortable, although the Front Desk been Covered to Silk Grass. We check in with virtual assistant and very grateful they did reserve the room in the first floor for us.

What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and the level of service — anytime I had a question, the staff was quick to help with a smile. It really made a difference. I love the Glendale Hotel. Every time I have business in the area, I stay there. Although I wasn't used to the virtual check-in/out, they managed to make it personal. My room was spacious and newly renovated. The bed comfortable. I am looking forward to my next stay.

I must say I never experienced a virtual live check-in before very quite interesting. Friendly staff, clean and the complementary drinks those machines are so CONVENIENT for the guests my favorite part of the stay, love my expressos and lattes! Celebrated my 40th birthday with my husband and stayed here for 3nights. Great location, close to many places such as shopping, grocery stores, or even a late night cravings (food). We enjoyed our stay.
