This property and Expedia did nothing to communicate the $15 a day parking charge PER CAR PER DAY. Keep in mind this place is like a motel and have a completely open park lot to the public. It’s not like your car is safe from the general population. That turns this place from affordable to expensive really quick. Additionally they always have only one person at the front desk who’s answer will be well you can go to another hotel if you want to any challenge or problem you may have. You might ask what problem did you have? Well we have our shower leak into the room below us while we were at work. We were interrupted during our business trip asking for permission to enter our room. I called back multiple times to get a update on the situation and the one person at the front had no idea about the leak so they could not update. When I got back to my room my this had been moved and there was clearly work done but no communication and a lot of stress on my part with someone entering my room while I’m not there. Additionally the whole property smells like some harsh cleaner and the rooms were not clean by any means with random hair all over our bed and bathroom . I know that hotels are expensive right now with people loosing their homes to the fires but please don’t call yourself a hotel when you are a cheap motel with a front desk that does not care and wants to take advantage at any point they can. Beware.
The hotel was great. Expedia overcharged us. First booked our stay and paid one month in advance . However when extending the booking at a later date, the previous days already paid for, were charged at a higher rate!!!! No more expedia bookings likely in the future.
No hot water. This was during the LA fires and the evacuation zone was within a mile of the hotel so I decided to leave. They refused to refund me the two remaining nights of my stay.
