Everything was fine, but I feel like the security deposit was very expensive , and it wasn’t stated in the booking, and it wasn’t mentioned to me when I went to check in… they just charged my card without telling me, I’ve never had to pay a security deposit that was more than the room that I’m staying in . Luckily I had the money to cover but my trip was a little tight.

no place to get morning coffee or breakfast. I have been staying there for years and they used to have coffee machines on every floor. no more room service. i.e. making beds or fresh towels.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby and somewhat new rooms. There was a little wear and tear around the hotel, but it was a great and affordable stay. There is also conveniently a restaurant downstairs! The only thing we disliked was the room was pretty humid, and our sink did not drain very well.

I didn’t like how Expedia told me a security deposit was $100 and when getting to the location. The representative told me the security deposit is $300. This is a drastic change in amount from what I was informed with before check-in.
