It was a so-so room in what looks like a nice property. The one huge problem we had was parking. Valet parking was advertised but not available. When we arrived there was no parking space available in the underground garage due to an event. After assertive complaining, the management found us a parking space in the garage. The room itself had a very uncomfortable bed.

Basic room. Clean. Simple. No frills, and the location was convenient for my stay. My biggest issue was was i called and asked for a late checkout. I was told no problem at all . It was $25 flat fee and I could stay till 3pm. Great! The next morning, staff were knocking on my door at 10am. They had no knowledge of notice of my request for a late checkout. And it would be $25 for each additional hour. I had the name of the receptionist i spoke with the day before who confirmed it & let them know. They said they would try to call them, but they didn't believe me. After a bit of back and forth talk, They finally agreed they'd let me stay the time I was told but it would be $25 plus tax. Not $25 flat fee. I reluctantly agreed. And they told me I had to pay immediately , over the phone right now. They were just very rude about the whole situation. Had it not been for this, situation, i would have been totally happy with my stay.

Everything was fine, but I feel like the security deposit was very expensive , and it wasn’t stated in the booking, and it wasn’t mentioned to me when I went to check in… they just charged my card without telling me, I’ve never had to pay a security deposit that was more than the room that I’m staying in . Luckily I had the money to cover but my trip was a little tight.
