Was cool for a quick trip to visit Universal Studios. I'd stay again but it is a no frills spot.

See the photos also not that when we called expedia during the stay. They offered a 30 dollar gift certificate upon checking in , we were told no drinking in the room. Then, I was charged a $100.00 deposit, not a hold of a charge. We did get this back. The lock on the door was difficult to use. Inside the room, it was very much not soundproof in any way. The areas around the rooms edges and corners were quite dirty. The ice bucket was adorned with some black substance. Shoe prints on the wall. Rust on bathroom fixtures. Fixtures falling off the wall. Non working lights. Some lights were flickering on an off. The television was not a smart TV in any way just a regular TV. The television had zero channels of any kind with wires hanging down. The room had exposed electrical wires. Shower soap dispenser was broken. The shower drain was unfinished with uneven tiles and gaps full of gunk hair grime and funky. The bathroom smelled terribly like cigarette smoke. Water took literally 8 minutes to reach its maximum temperature which will not qualify as a hot shower. The fridge in the room was barely cold and it was set to max. A frequent police presence in the parking lot . Very scary noisy dirty broken. Terrible experience overall.

The property all together is beautiful and a great place to stay in but the downside to staying here is that the staff doesn’t help with refunding or providing free nights stays when the properties amenities youre paying for to get specifically don’t work and staff doesn’t mention them not working.

some of the lights were burnt out. some stains on walls. safe was broken and the entrance door needed some repair. Staff was great & very friendly. all & all a pleasant stay

When I was in the room naked some one open the door with a key card. Had to yell at the person to close the door. Or he was going to get more of a picture of my body naked.
