The motel is in a good area. The room we stayed in had millions of baby flies in the bathroom and the mini fridge provided did not cool. It is a pretty basic spot.
This was my 2nd visit to this location. It was very Hollywood nostalgic and fun. The customer service was great. I had a small issue with my bathroom light at night and they were on it right away and got things taken care of quickly. It was a good sized room and the pillows and bed were comfortable, both of which are very important to me. It is very good price wise and the location was perfect for where I needed to be. I’ll be back again!
Why you don’t mention that not hotel, it’s small motel , I don’t check in at all it’s so bad experience with this reservation I don’t know how can I get my money back
I stayed in room 216 the entire Thanksgiving weekend. From the moment I arrived, the smell in the bathroom was stinky and the bathroom light kept turning on and off without anyone turning it on. When I asked to change rooms, they asked me for $20 for each night I wanted to stay at the hotel. Obviously, I didn't pay and I had to put up with this every day.
We arrived at about 10 at night and checked in. The staff was pleasant although the individual at check-in could use some improvement in her customer service skills. When we got to the room, it STUNK LIKE AN OLD LAS VEGAS ASH TRAY. They new this, because they left the windows open trying to air it out and when I spoke to the cleaning staff in the morning, she said she knew about it but couldn't do anything--go talk to the office. I did go to the office and the response was "why didn't you say something last night." (I didn't because I had a sleeping 8 year old that was already grumpy and we just needed to get to bed after driving for 5 hours). Then I was told that the front desk person could do anything that I'd have to talk to the manager (who wasn't there) and wouldn't be in until 10 am the next morning. I explained that their cleaning staff was well aware of this issue and the front desk person just threw up his hands and said you need to talk to the manager.
In addition to the STINK of CIGARETTES:
1) There was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom;
2) There was a sewer line cleanout drain literally IN THE BATHROOM;
3) The "smart" TV was not connected to the wifi;
4) The TV was not plugged in when we arrived;
5) The plug behind the TV (to plug in the TV) was coming out of the wall;
6) The room safe was broken and non-functional;
7) Only one of the four bedside lamps worked and
8) There was a cricket in the wall between our bathroom and the next room.
