The stay was fine. The place is a bit outdated but the staff made up for it. They were very friendly and super helpful. They were prompt to provide extra towels and pillows when requested.

Terrible, then Great... Yep... Staff matter!!

The location is great. The staff was a mix. One young lady upon check-in was extremely rude and unprofessional. Another gentleman took over and made the entire stay wonderful after that initial bad experience.

Better than expected — comfortable stay

I was a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews, but the room and bed were clean and comfortable, with no cigarette smell and good water drainage. The exterior of building and hallway were a bit dated, but overall I had a pleasant 3-night stay during my LA trip. The complimentary coffee in the morning was also surprisingly good!

Given a room with a balcony that faced a cement wall. Room had limited light and no basic accessories such as USB outlets. Closest outlet to bed was across room from bed. Coffee was instant coffee packets with an electric tea kettle. Lastly due to being berween two cement walls TV would not stay connected to services. Basically, left with no TV starring at a cement wall. I was disappointed after reading pretty good reviews.

We love that the parking is free. Breakfast is basic but I can't complain. The rooms are clean. We did not have any problem and we felt safe staying there with kids.
