There is no onsite staff. Instead there's a kiosk with a video call with some remote person. You scan your ID (kinda like checking in at the airport), and they check you in and then tell the machine to provide your keys to you.
There is only one kiosk, and when I checked in the key-printing part was having issues. They were able to restart some stuff and make it work remotely, but had it failed to work, I would have been unable to check in.
My key stopped working every day I was there and I had to go down, use the kiosk, and ask them to generate me new keys.
The rooms were large, but they had carpeted over... something? You could feel holes and dips in the floor under the carpet.
It's pretty similar to most Motel 6s I've stayed in, but without a human present to sort out any problems that may arrive. Definitely should have just spent a bit more money and stayed somewhere else.
