This property is in an excellent location however it’s old, surrounded by Long Beaches trucks, floats, extra equipment left around. The hotel didn’t offer any elevators for seniors. Had to lug a suitcase up stairs which was outside. The surrounds were dark extremely unsafe. Rooms were clean but a perfume bomb tried to hide the mold, mildew and oldness of the room. The sliding door and front door was unstable that anyone with strength could break in. Just scary, dirty surroundings and unsafe for a woman traveling by herself

Hotel stay was average had a few issues with the room key card. It kept deactivating even if we kept it away from phones and keys. We found some bugs in the room. Staff was mainly friendly however there were few that had an attitude towards us. Overall, it was an average experience and the bugs in the room and outside the door made it unpleasant.

Front desk was nice, but rooms were old and dingy. Smelled of strong cleaners. Loud from busy road adjacent. Door had to be closed to even fit in the bathroom and the toilet was loose. I would not stay again.

It’s an older hotel but we had a good sized room with everything we needed. Water in the room is $5 but the coffee is complimentary. There’s no breakfast option but theres a large mall nearby. It’s a 25 min taxi to the St Mary’s carnival cruise terminal

The room had a good size and the distribution was good, what I didn’t like was the bed had bed bugs and on the last night I was bitten in 20 different locations, by the next morning I looked like I had been bitten by an infestation of mosquitoes.
