If you like staying in or near an active oil field, in hotels that are more a motel that hasn't been renovated since 1981, than this is the place for you!

This hotel was as clean as it could be given the total state of disrepair. I’m used to motels, but this one is completely run down with very old plywood blocking off areas that looked like they’ve been “under construction” for decades. The paper thin doors did nothing to block street and hotel guest party noise. The images and ratings do not properly reflect the state of this hotel and are extremely misleading. This is 2 star hotel at best.

Hotel definitely needs some upgrades. Went to Cubensis show which was horribly crowded with no seats. Extra $25. for a seat. Already paid $75. entrance fee which is standing room only. Wont be back.
