Moldy shower, filthy floors, torn shade with broken mechanism anyway and did not cover the window, maid service was set for every THIRD day, clean linen and more than 2 towels required special request. Desk unmanned for long periods. Phone to outside was dysfunctional. One chair. TV service incomprehensible. Mystery extra $50 charge appeared on bill. Price should have been $29 a night.

Fast, easy check-in. Clean room. Whole Foods store basically across the street. Plenty of parking. Good place to stay for the occasional appearance before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Everything was fine except they said they had full hot breakfast and instead they had grab and go muffins. They should have updated to indicate that as the breakfast was a factor in picking this hotel.

I was disappointed with the condition of the room compared to what was advertised . The bed feels like a king sized mattress placed on a queen size frame which makes the bed flipping out on both side of the bed. The window shade is damaged and one of the drawers is missing on the left side and even found a sock left behind on right drawer. It shows the room was cleaned properly before my stay The photo online made the hotel and rooms appear much nicer than what I walk into. Unfortunately the actual doesn’t match the advertisement. I also read the reviews from 1-3 years ago and nothing has improved ever since. I also read their reaction to those review with word “we are strive to improve” but nothing has changed ever since. We do not recommend anyone to book this hotel.
