We stayed for a weekend for the Coastal Country Jam at Marina Green along with many other concert goers. I will stay here every time I am staying in Long Beach. Every staff member we encountered the entire weekend was simply fabulous in every way. Parking was a breeze and just a block away for an extra charge. There was no AC as clearly stated in booking details, but there was a ceiling fan, which worked great even though it was warmer that weekend. The rooms are smaller and simple with thoughtful amenities. The tiny size reminded me of European hotels and my bestie abd I were not bothered at all. I also paid for early check in and they were able to accommodate me for 12:30pm, which was exactly what I hoped for. Hotel communication was exceptional from the moment I booked my reservation through the Expedia app almost 6 months in advance. The booking details were very clear abd the hotel sent me multiple messages through the app leading up to my stay, which was nice. I also liked that they had 24-hour concierge service at the front desk. The staff were so accommodating and the consistently friendly service from all of the staff from each shift was so appreciated, especially when it feels so rare. The 1st night (Saturday) someone at a neighboring apartment complex started scream-singing karaoke (not good) at 12am and that did keep us up for a bit, but other than that guy’s horrible voice/song choices I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at the Greenleaf Hotel!
