Clean and affordable.
The hotel was really clean, the bathroom is a bit in the small size. Also room is small,bed is comfortable. There was a small heater which did its job to keep The room warm. Parking was a bit cumbersome as you have to double park on the street to check in. Parking is a about two blocks away, might be beneficial to have valet parking.

Our stay at The Greenleaf Hotel was pleasant. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and within walking distance to the Long Beach Convention center with several good restaurants close by.

The property served its purpose for our visit. Staff was very nice. Rooms were small and very generic, no bells and whistles. Area is OK but safe, restaurants and grocery nearby. I was there for a conference at the convention center and easy walk.
