We were disappointed to find that the service at the front desk was not up to the standard we expected, and it was not a pleasant experience.
Upon our late evening arrival with numerous suitcases, we were told to find a cart ourselves. No assistance was offered, no cart was available, and the staff's lack of concern was evident.
We had issues parking the car and did not know we needed the room key to enter the public parking. When we asked for an explanation at the front desk, the lady working there gave a cold, rude response, saying it was not her responsibility to offer that information and being annoyed when I asked for directions. The hotel does not provide parking but has a designated public parking area that you need a room key to enter.
The hotel has one restaurant operating, one evening we asked for boiled water to make tea, and we were told they did not have it for the guests,
I would not recommend staying there!
