The hotel was fine, just the area seemed unsafe. The parking was also very inconvenient and not connected to the hotel. It was adjacent to the hotel but no direct access and it was shared with another hotel across the street. I really like Hampton Inns but I will not stay at this particular one

The online experience seemed pretty easy and was looking forward to the stay, but once we arrived there was some shady business happening in the entrance. We didn't even leave the car, we tried to leave as soon as possible. I have reached out several times to the front desk and via Expedia to cancel our reservation but the "manager" and the "supervisor" are never available to confirm the cancelletion. Same thing with the Expedia support, they haven't been able to get my reimbursement for the same reason. I do not recommend, I will not return to this or any Hampton Inn locations.

The facilities were not functioning properly, hotel sink would not close off dripped all night. The Jacuzzi look like swamp water, and the hot breakfast was very limited. Otherwise, rooms are clean, hot coffee, tea around the clock.

I had a horrible stay. The room I booked for had no heat and the fridge did not work. I was told they were sold out but they eventually had another room available. My kids and I had to move rooms at one in the morning. The fridge in the new room still did not work and sheets were dirty. I called to speak to the manager Anna and she stated I would have to reach out to Expedia.

Walking distant to SoFi and Intuit

The hotel was very clean and convenient to all the activities we had planned. Starting with the room, the restroom was nice, the room was cleaned and bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel has a jacuzzi and pool and a gym. We used the jacuzzi and pool. The breakfast alone was worth the stay!! It was delicious, on top of it being a continental breakfast it had hot food. With waffles, eggs, sausages and potatoes. Lots of close by areas to eat fast food. You can walk to Intuit Dome and SoFi, there is also shuttles across the street that take you to SoFi. We took advantage of the taco trucks on Hawthorn St, just a waking distance away. We definitely will come back! The only thing I would say that caught me off guard was that they charged for parking. $10 a day, especially since the Hilton amenities say parking is free. Besides that the housekeeping staff did an amazing job and was friendly and helpful with each interaction.
