The bed was terrible. Room was nice, great bathroom. Had all the things you need, closet accommodations, great AC. Great places to eat that were within walking distance. Really close to the highway, so it was easy to get back on the road. But the bed was the so hard, the carpet might have been softer. I feel like the bed is the most important part of travel, I had to drive long hours on only a few hours of sleep with and an achy back.

Just okay- but check your bill

Customer service was good at check in. Outdoor Hot tub was overly chlorinated. Did not refund $50 incidental fee. Multiple calls between Hotel and customer service. They charged us for a pet fee- which we did not have a pet with us.

We stayed on the 4th floor and once we got off the elevator the carpets were dirty and really worn. The room was okay and the walls of the bathroom were dirty. We were traveling and needed a place to stay for the night so it worked out, but I would not stay at this hotel again during our next travel.

The property was clean but the room was very dark even with all light on. In addition the a/c blew right on the bed with no adjustment ability. We were either hot or cold all night. Not a good night sleep.

From check in to check out the service was quite amazing. Had issues with neighboring room being too loud, they did not hesitate to move me rooms. Everything was excellent

Everything was good. Only issue was only two elevators available. When we went to check out both were not working. We heard the one was not working for over a year. Being over 80 taking the stairs down with luggage was difficult.

This hotel was nice on the outside.. but I’m thinking it’s like a section 8 for homeless. The staff was pleasant but when we got into our very tacky room …. Okay for overnight when I pulled back the sheets to climb into bed there was blood on the sheets!!!! Fresh blood the sheets were wrinkled. They gave us a different room so we had to pack. Every single thing up and move. I am asking for a adjustment it was a trying experience my husband had dementia so I had to pack and move

Was not happy with housekeeping. We were told to take Do Not Disturb sign off of the door by noon and then our room would be cleaned. The lady was right outside our door when we left at 11:30. We came back that evening to a dirty room. Very dissappointing. They could of picked up the trash, dirty towels, and made the bed.
