The elevators were down at this property when I stayed and the hotel said they were reducing their room rates until they were back up and running.
I got in contact with Expedia to have them call the hotel as staff has instructed me to do to get a refund for the overcharge. This refund was never given as the hotel was unresponsive!
We stayed on the top floor and though it was easier for us to climb stairs than others, it was inconvenient and we were not reimbursed!
