The property is/has undertaken renovations. These along with the well maintained property were favorites as was the free breakfast. The only thing we didn't care for was the low height of the toilet (we're in our 70s) and the shower faucet didn't adjust up or down nor right, left - just one position. It also didn't have a good spray option that worked properly.

Called Front Desk for extra soap, but did not deliver. Ice bucket had pieces of chips. Breakfast wasn’t as good as the Reviews posted. However, we’d stay there again not for the service or breakfast, but for the location, family friendliness and a comforting good night’s rest.

Easy, quick check in and check out. Very clean. 24 hours supply of tea, coffee, hot water. Hotel service personnel are very hard working. Bedroom is clean and carpet is clean and fresh. I stayed in room 433. Is a little noisy from the train. Overall, it is awesome. The strawberry waffle is light and special. Will definitely stay there in all my future visits. Keep it up.

The mattress felt terrible and hurt my back, and I had to look at a bunch of boxes along with a wheel barrel outside of my hallway during my 2 day stay. Breakfast was good, the room was also ok besides the back breaking mattress. The front desk staff had no name tags and I did not get the room that I was told I was going to get.. Hotel location is great with near by dining and bars.

Clean and convenient

Hotel is in a very convenient spot to get back and forth to the LA area. The room was clean and house keeping came every other day. The pillows were tiny and super squishy so even two wasn’t very supportive. The tub had the plastic liner and was a little wonky for standing in. I was not impressed with the brand of shampoo they provided but that might just be me. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

This is our 4th time staying at this location. Great staff! Everyone was super helpful, friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The next town over (Monrovia) which is like 2 minutes from the hotel, has a cute downtown with great restaurants. This hotel is only 15 minutes from the Rose Bowl in Pasadena which is where we were headed.
