Nice one night stay

Had a very good check-in experience, and was in my room in less than 5 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable, but looks like it could use an update - furniture and lighting seemed a bit worn and tired. All in all a very good stay and would recommend.

Disappointing Stay

I got trapped in the bathroom at 2am by the stuck barn door. It eventually fell trapping me in the hallway. It was very heavy and I had to wrestle it to get out. Bruised myself and didn’t get any sleep. I’m still waiting to hear from the managers. They didn’t seem concerned or apologized. Very unprofessional. Had to wait all morning for the maintenance call and guy to show up. My only chance left to sleep. They are obviously ignoring me. This was an evacuation stay due to the Eaton fires. Very disappointed!

Hampton Arcadia Review

Check in was fine. The room itself was a disappointment. The curtains did not completely close allowing ambient light from the nearby strip mall to come in at night. The sofa was soiled with stains. You really didn't want to sit on it. Several of the electrical outlets were worn out. The plugs were loose after being inserted or fell out completely. I will look for alternatives if I have to stay in that area again.

Staff and service always excellent. This hotel is going through a renovation, so not quite as comfortable as previous stays. Mattresses need replacing.

Solid!

It’s not the fanciest or plushest place I’ve ever stayed, but it was definitely excellent for the price point. Clean, good service, etc. The bed and pillows were not my all time favorite, but they were fine and I slept well. The room was generously sized, and everything worked well-tv, ac, coffee maker etc. I’d certainly stay here again.
