My room was on the first floor. It was close to the elevators and to the breakfast area. As a result, it was a little noisier than rooms I've had on upper floors.

I liked the breakfasts, coffee /tea available and ability to walk to 24 hour fitness. I disliked the sofa in dining area was ripped. The carpets in hallways appeared to need updating.

The breakfast was nice to have and the free coffee available 24/7. Cons: The mattress in the King room - it was very hard. Also, we understood that our room would be cleaned every other day...which is fine. We were there Friday afternoon through Monday morning and didn't have a cleaning except for taking out our garbage and providing new towels.
