A TRULY NICE PROPERTY WITH GREAT SERVICE!

Needed a 1-nite stay for a wedding in the area and this Hilton property was not cheap, but well worth it! The property was nice, room was good sized and clean and the breakfast was nicely presented and well managed! The service at check-in and during our stay was great, making our short stay a joy! Great Value for the cost!

Comfortable stay, perfect location for our trip

Everything was comfortable. The elevator floors were very dirty and the tile floors in the bathroom were very sticky.. we encountered a dog during the breakfast hours eating with their person off the table top two mornings.

Check in was supposed to be at 3, we arrived at 4:30 and no rooms were available. The hotel was pretty empty. The staff said our room would be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, they said we would have to wait another 20 minutes. They finally gave us another room, but apparently a smaller room than we paid for. Other than this room issue, the place was clean and convenient.

Good Hotel near Thousand Oaks

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The hotel is clean and efficient, the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a chain hotel. We have stayed here before, and will likely stay here again.
