Fantastic stay with friendly and knowledgeable staff. A quick drive to the beach and boardwalk with many shops and restaurants. A single call to the desk resolved a late evening ruckus. I recommend the Hampton LAX.

Convenient location. Loved the heated pool. Great breakfast options. Rooms are adequate. Cleanliness can be improved. Front desk lady needs training. Parking system needs upgrading. They say you can park for free across the street. Be aware, there's a mo-motel with all its supporting cast. And crossing Sepulveda can be dangerous with lil ones. Parking pass didn't work. Called the number posted, lady was not helpful. I had to pay at the gate using the machine to exit. When I went to the front desk to request a refund, she said she needed to see a receipt. Told her there was no option on the machine to print a receipt. She said there's nothing she can do. So I paid for parking twice, once at the machine and on my invoice. Poorly handled.

Great hotel by airport. Very clean, great staff, and vet comfortable. A lot of amenities nearby and even though I haven’t stayed there in over a year, the hotel was in great condition as was the first time I was there.
