Family time

This was the best stay. Its a new location so everything was on point. The front desk was super helpful throughout my stay. Loved the variety of breakfast. Some options changed daily which was nice since i was there for 4 mornings. Coffee is great! Lots of local restaurants and stores across the street.

Professional Team

Comfortable stay, check-in was pleasant and easy. Thanks to the receptionist, they were working and helping firefighters and many families who had possibly been evacuated from their homes.

My family had three nights staying in this hotel. I initially chose this hotel because it was new and convienent location. Close to freeway and Whole Food and some eatery. However, there are pros and cons for our stay. Pros: free breakfast, free parking with EV chargers, comfortable beds and pillows Cons: No housekeeping for our 3 nights stay. No one empty the trash, toilet paper ran out in the 3rd day. Central AC/heater made weird sounds once in a while. Room is stuffy when turning off the AC/heater.

I really like the hotel and the area where is located. It is next to the highway, just make sure your room window is closed because ours was open all night and it was noisy but, when we close it in the morning the noise was all gone. The property is very clean and the room is spacious.

The Hampton Inn and Suites in Porter Ranch is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and grocery markets. There was ample parking and it was freeway accessible. The staff (Mayra and team member, whom we did not get a chance to ask her name) who welcomed us, provided us with excellent customer service. They made our check-in experience feel personable and quite efficient. They made the experience efficient, with such care, informative by introducing hotel amenities, and provided room upgrade. Overall a great first impression and a wonderful start to our stay!

The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work and they were aware of it and did not let us know. We found out when my wife tried to use the hairdryer. I went down to the check in desk and the gentleman told me that he was aware of it and someone was to come and fix it. He offered me an extension cord that we had to plug in the bedroom and run it to the bathroom being careful not to trip over the cord at night when using the bathroom. I asked about some type of compensation and I was told, because a third party (Expedia) paid for the room they are unable to refund us anything. Not happy!
