Curtain control did not work. I had to request for maintenance. I didn't ask again when it reoccured because it was getting late at night already. Otherwise, i really appreciated my check in. The ladies were warm and hospitable. They gave me some holiday cookies. Grateful for my stay especially to the staff who checked me in.

Our default hotel choice in LA, location is superb. Not too far to the best Asian food in San Gabriel, Alhambra & Monterey Park area, not too far from the nice Old Pasadena area, combo with the nice & safe area. Plus walking distance to Arcadia Oak Park nearby for morning exercises and simple children playground.

We started three nights. At the night we checked in we found out that toilet was backed up. Service came immediately. However, next morning we found the same problem. This time they did deep cleaning. At the third day we had the same problem. Other than that was excellent. Great food, very pleasant staf.
