The room was very nice and the pool area is very nice for this level of hotel. Housekeeping did walk in on us without knocking after we checked in. My only other issue was that the shuttle picking us up was an unlabeled van, and the driver was very abrasive.. The location is excellent and the value is also excellent for this hotel.

The hotel room condition was excellent included bed and bedsheets and pillows. One thing that bothers our family is the sound of air conditioning is really loud and it keeps turning on and off all night long!

I wasn't happy with the concierge service the last time I visited. A big improvement with the front desk staff. It appears they have new people who are friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my visit.
