Ok wasnt sure what to expect at such a reasonable price. I was somewhat apprehensive. Opon entering the hotel, I was greated by a very friendly and warm environment a very clean and charming lobby. A very pleasant check in and on to my room. It was very clean and comfortable! I will return. Thank you Hilton.

This hotel was very clean. My review is mainly on the staff, especially Jesse who assisted me during breakfast. What an amazing customer service! He is the real deal. Front staff was amazing and such a big help, Room was clean and beds were actually super comfortable, they had comforters instead of the typical hotel blankets which was really nice. Coffee pod machine, microwave, fridge, all extremely clean. Only "issue" was our bathroom did leak into the entranceway when showering but only happened once. Tons of restaurants across the street too. Definitely staying again !

Finally, a Hotel that delivers.
The location wasn’t what I was looking for but the Hotel definitely made up for the area. Such a beautiful place and great service. My room was nice with king size pillows (never experienced that elsewhere). My TV wasn’t working but Jacob had someone sent up right away and the TV worked like a champ. The lobby has so many snack food options displayed beautifully. Yummy ice cold water on the lobby. They have a breakfast buffet, breakfast items, and a small cute restaurant/bar all for a small cost. The Hotel is located 10 minutes from the Redondo Beach Pier/Boardwalk which was a perfect walk for my dog and I. Yes, they’re completely dog friendly. Never heard a dog bark inside/outside. Overall, a great place to stay.

We were not able to have an early check in even though our flight arrived at 5:00AM. So I had to rent a car which cost me an additional $200 plus a parking fee of $25. Our room was not ready at 4:30PM but they gave us a different room which was appreciated.

Good stay
We have stayed here twice now but stayed at homewood too. We like the bar and michael the bartender is wonderful. The rooms need to be cleaner. Our fridge froze the food,drinks no matter how low we set it so couldn’t drink or eat it the whole. Didn’t want to bother with it. Overall we like it. Love that it is pet friendly.
