Great trip food was good service a little slow but to be expected with cheer competition going on so very crowed. Room was nice n spacious. Bed was comfy good pillows. Just wish bathroom was a bit bigger would stay again. Transportation from hotel to airport spot on!!

We were told the water was of 10 pm to 5 am. No water when we had to leave at 530. Also, we were not told of the noise created by the maintenance that night.

On check in I was informed the water would be turned off between 10p and 5a on our floor. The check in agent upgraded our room to a nicer room but could not put us on a floor where the water would not be tuned off. This would not be an issue except for the fact that we have a very early flight so not having water until 5am is inconvenient. Other than that, a nice hotel.

Unfortunately during our stay there was a water main turn off for 7 hours overnight (but staff had solutions available if needed) but also the pool and hot tubs were unavailable without notice which made one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel for a stay before flying out the next day, irrelevant.

Not my first choice of hotel.

This hotel has been my least favorite, but unfortunately we stay here for competitions that are hosted on site. The rooms and elevators smell like smoke and marijuana. The bed is not comfortable and the bathrooms are tiny. The employees are nice, but there should be some up-staffing when you have thousands of people coming in at one time for an event.
