A universal hotel stay
Great location for Universal. Friendly staff. Had an issue with the AC in our room not cooling and was fixed before our return in day 2. Breakfast was great contintental and hot buffet. Would happily stay here again.

The walk to the park was super quick: around the building, up a quick hill and two short stair cases. Location was the best!! Food on site was meh but nice to have available. The Starbucks especially for a grab and go. Then you can eat in the park.

The rooms are so clean and comfy inside. There was a wonderful welcome on the TV. They gave me a complimentary message since it was my birthday. An excellent place to stay with family. Very close and walking distance to Universal Studios. I will always stay here when I am in the area. I will recommend to everyone I know.

At first, I was really impressed. I arrived way before checkin to head over to Universal Studios with my family. The front desk allowed me to pre-register and when my room was ready, they sent me a text. Got to my room and it was smaller than expected. The remote control for the tv didn’t work so I had to call down for a new one. It was brought up within 10 minutes. All positives. After a long day at the park, we all showered and went to bed. The next morning we had to get up at 4am to leave extra early. However, when I went to shower that morning, there was no hot water. An icy shower was not fun. The water ran for more than 10 minutes. I had no choice but to get in and it did not get warm at all. If it wasn’t for the cold shower, it would have been an amazing stay.

Holiday Stay
Staying at the Hilton has become a Christmas season stop for us now. Usually a day at Disneyland and a day at Universal. Hotel is very nice and we always get a corner room. This year we had a park view and could see all of Universal. Staying here takes us away from the day to day life and into a new place. Also convenient to hit Miceli's for dinner which we love.
