Thankful for the quick response of the Hilton’s manager & staff💕 My 11 year old had a Grand Mal Seizure. A housekeeper, language barrier and all, read everything in my terror stricken face. With my insistence, she entered our room, saw my child and took up the 911 call I had managed to place. W/the 911 Operator’s translation, this Angel made her way down from our 15th floor to direct paramedics to us upon arrival. The hotel manager, Jerome Garrett, provided his business card and has since checked in on us.

For the free continental breakfast the hot bar wasn’t explained that it an extra cost and it’s expensive, the bathroom in our room the wallpaper was pretty filthy and worn out, the hotel parking is also not included and $50 a day extra. Our television didn’t work and dialing the front desk didn’t get us a response we had to physically go and reach someone. All the extra hidden fees and high prices bring the total experience down. The bartenders didn’t know who to make a drink that was on the menu and didn’t even know it existed, they offered to comp the drink if I didn’t like it. The view was incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful, very busy location.

Definitely a friendly staff, the bellhop was a sweetheart and will definitely stay again. Though I booked through expedia and got a random charge on my card that I had to call and ask what it was for. They were at least helpful
