We spent almost a week there for work and most evenings at the Bar. The evening bartenders have no personality, zero greeting and interaction. Probably my only complaint, considering how many days. Bartenders usually are friendlier and warm greeting.

Great stay for the weekend. Good location. Comfy bed. My room was spacious but it smelled a bit moldy. I reported it the 2nd day and they did offer to move me rooms or use a spray. Overall a satisfying stay.

Fantastic
Very satisfied during 3 days stay. Very safe and comfortable, housekeeping services were wonderful, the only thing is we have to pay for parking, $24 a day other than that it was fantastic.

Nice hotel, well kept, comfortable, but the customer service while checking in was kinda crappy. No eye contact, no warm greeting, and in general, an attitude of indifference. I had to ask about the parking ticket regarding getting in and out of their parking garage. Info that is helpful and should be offered. And I'm glad I did, bc I think I would have been screwed if I hadn't. Their garage is a bit of a walk, but not that big of a deal for us. However those w mobility issues might want keep that in mind. Also, the valet seems to take over the front entrance, so loading and unloading can be a bit hectic.
