Overall convenient. Staff was good but they could have used an additional person to help check-in. Line was 7 deep with only one person at the counter. The person at the counter did have a can do attitude but you shouldn’t have the customers wait. Overall she did the best she could. Rooms and breakfast were good.

AAAA++++! we enjoyed our stay here!

I loved this hotel! Everything was as perfect as could be. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room and halls were in like-new condition and furnished modernly. The bed mattress was thick and comfy. The wi-fi signal was strong throughout. The bathroom was clean. The air conditioning worked. There was attractive wall art in the common areas that didn't look like it belonged in a hotel. Breakfast was great. The coffee was better than most. My friend was impressed that the breakfast room had four, count 'em, FOUR waffle makers! She loves waffles, and at the other hotels there was almost always a line of people waiting to use just the one waffle maker. If someone didn't know how to use it, then more time was wasted showing them how, while everyone waited. Yes, waffle makers are that important. I was happy that the price we paid was 18% lower than usual (per hotels.com) so we got a pretty fancy hotel for less than the other hotels in the area were charging. What a great deal eh? Valencia is a nice town to stay in.

Check in was smooth and quick, the front desk reps were friendly. My family loves the breakfast included. The waffles are always a hit with my kids. The breakfast staff is on it, sticking up fresh and new food to keep up with the traffic of people coming through. Even the housekeeping crew is friendly, smiles & greets you. Pleasant stay, we keep coming back here.

The facility was clean and accommodations were comfortable. My only complaint was how loud the freeway traffic was. Given the location right off the freeway, there was no way to minimize the how loud it was but sleeping through the night was challenging. If that’s a concern for visitors be sure to bring ear plugs!

Fast check in and amazing staff night and morning shift!, the rooms are beautiful rooms. One of my favorite hotels to stay at! Breakfast was great as well plenty of options. They also provided parking permit for $20-$25 which was not bad at all!

Great Stop minutes from Magic Mountain!

Great place to stay with three teenagers! Plenty of space, and they loved the breakfast- particularly the fact there was whipped cream to go with the waffles! Staff was very helpful even though I had accidentally booked for one week later than we were there.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay, I wish it was open a little bit later May till 10 AM. There is a $10 fee for parking that I was not expecting but not a big deal. Over I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

The fan in the bathroom and air conditioning unit both sound like a jet engine. The staff is lukewarm. They charge $10 for parking, even though they're located in the middle of nowhere. Feels like a 2.5-star property.
