It took forever to get the shuttle, but the airport traffic was horrible due to the holiday. So this might not be a problem on normal days. Found someone else's hair in the sheets and one of the towles. The staff was great! Checkin was easy. The bed was very comfortable.

I chose this hotel for a layover between two long flights to rest in. The shuttle transportation was very important but not much mentioned in the reviews. I called the hotel once I started walking out with my luggage and was instructed to walk to the pick up site. It was about an hour wait while so many other hotels shuttles went by multiple times. The hotel itself was fine. Breakfast was typical and staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel
This hotel has the nicest, most helpful people working there. They all greeted us with big smiles, from the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport, to the front desk, kitchen staff, and housekeeping. They all made us feel welcomed. One employee didn’t fit with the rest of the staff. That was the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport. He was not friendly. Instead of taking us to our terminal, he dropped us off 1/4 mile away from where we should have been dropped. Other than that, we loved everything about this hotel. The free breakfast was hot and very satisfying. Everything was so good! It was clean and comfortable. It was close to where we were going. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice clean hotel. Area is walkable. McDonald’s across the street, 7-11 next door. Steak house next door. Small shopping area is a 20 minute walk (staples, target, grocery store, cvs, etc). The free breakfast is nice with all the basics. 24 hour coffee available. Only two minor issues. It would have been nice to have a chair other than the desk chair to sit in and the safe is on the bottom of the closet and hard to use for this old guy.

There was a door gap in our main doir and can easily be seen us inside if light is on. Otherwise place is fine.
