Our biggest complaint was that we never had hot water, only warm. A bit disappointing. The second complaint was that the streaming services on the TV were not working so we werent able to sign in to our Netflix Account at night.

The property was very nice and clean staff was very nice. Good location for what we had planned right in the middle of universal studios and knots berry farms. Rooms were very nice and bed was very comfortable.

Gunshots heard at night and there was a man that got arrested who was knifing car tires and breaking into a car. Hotel is in a bad area, would not recommend. Also the hot water doesn’t get hot only lukewarm and they only offer fat free milk which was not ideal for my toddler. Disappointed.

We had booked elsewhere in lingbeach downtown and it was NOT acceptable nor safe, and we got online to rebook elsewhere abd cane across this gem. New, clean, friendly and they went above and beyond to help us get settled. If we are ever back in this area, we will be staying here again.

The hotel itself is fine. However I stayed for 6 nights and twice I had some questionable encounters. The first day a homeless lady called me unsavory things because I had no money or cigarettes. Then the fourth night a man was sitting on the bench in front of the hotel and he strongly suggested I give him money. When I refused he demanded my phone. I also refused. He also called me unflattering things as he walked away. I thought for sure I was going to be mugged. During the day, the neighborhood wasnt too bad. But as soon as it got dark it felt super unsafe. Solo travelers be aware.
